💔 From Orphan to Overcomer—Monika Needs Our Help
Many of you may remember Monika, the bright-eyed girl from Poland we met over 25 years ago through our outreach work. Her story has never been easy—she lost her mother at age 9, her father at age 12, and was placed in a Polish orphanage where we first met her.
She’s walked a long road with grace and resilience.
Now, she’s facing another battle.
Three years ago, Monika was diagnosed with multiple serious health conditions—autoimmune, neurological, and systemic—that have caused debilitating pain and limitations. She bravely traveled from Poland to the U.S. in search of medical care she simply couldn’t access at home.
And she’s making progress—but the clock is ticking.

Monika is battling a combination of serious autoimmune, neurological, and chronic conditions that require specialized care. She’s already made the brave leap to travel to the U.S. for advanced testing, medical consultations, and treatment—but time and funding are running out.
We need to raise $5,000 immediately to cover Monika’s essential expenses during her stay in the U.S. before she must return to Poland by August 20th.
