My Shine Story
We all have more in common than we realize. We've all been hurt. We've all been loved. We've all fallen down and gotten back up. Each one of us has a story.
Regardless of where we come from, all that matters is now - this moment. What we do in this moment is what determines our future.
My story is simple, I came into this earth with my senses turned on full blast. I was and still am present to more than most. I say that because I'm what is described as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), aka empath. Of course, I had no knowledge of that when I was growing up, and therefore thought there was something very wrong with me because I could feel and sense more than those around me.
At the age of 3, I was diagnosed with a lazy eye, requiring me to wear glasses and for all of my early years though the age of 15, I had to deal with the name calling and bullying that is associated with any child that is "different."
I spent a great deal of time with myself and honestly didn't mind it. But as I grew into myself, I realized the importance of community and the gift I had to see in others what they didn't see in themselves.
Those natural abilities positioned me as a manager right out of college and over the past 30 plus years of my career, I've honed these skills so I can now share them in a format that can help others - a luminary. (My light shines brighter when I help you shine.)
My experience of working with celebrities and high-level executives has taught me the truth of who we are as humans . . . Each and everyone of us has a light that was planted in us at birth.
It is our duty to share it with the world. It is our obligation to determine what makes our light shine brighter.
And my gift is to help you remove the snuffer that life has formed around your light.
